Certificate in Spiritual Direction
Equipping You to Companion Others on Their Spiritual Journey
The Compass Center’s nine-month Certificate in Spiritual Direction is designed for those who feel called to walk alongside others in their life with God. Through a thoughtful blend of theological reflection, practical training, and guided experience, participants will:
Develop skills in deep listening, discernment, and presence
Learn to facilitate soul-centered conversations rooted in Scripture and tradition
Engage in their own spiritual formation as the foundation for guiding others
This program offers more than training—it’s a formational journey that prepares you to serve others with humility, attentiveness, and spiritual depth.
